》The "Chinook" pet bandana is a snap on style Aztec bandana. This style of bandana has two snaps in the back. Attach the bandana by using both snaps or just one on the outside one on the inside to make the fit looser or tighter.
Pattern placement will vary
Hand washing in cool water and laying flat to dry is recommended. Iron as needed.

Didn't use customer service but gave a 5. Item was not exactly as expected. I went back to review the listing. I didn't expect snaps. I was hoping to use it for a new puppy and tie it up while he was little and let it down as he gets older, but the material is too heavy for a puppy and not easy to tie because it's so thick. For an older dog it would be nice, but kinda have to get it just right to snap. I'd prefer a tie style personally. Be nice to offer both options. I'll wait til he's older to try it on him...
